About Valoren

Valoren is a family continuity and document preparation system operated by Standard Index Group, a business in formation in England and Wales. Valoren is its sole product.

By using Valoren, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service provides

Valoren provides structured document preparation, governance record management, renewal monitoring, and related services. Will preparation within a defined simple-estate boundary is provided directly. Regulated legal, financial, or tax advice, where an estate requires it, is provided through Signum, the specialist practice in our group.

Documents prepared by Valoren are structured records and, where expressly offered, prepared legal documents such as a will. Where regulated professional judgement is required, the matter is dealt with through Signum, the specialist practice in our group.

Your account

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Valoren. One account per person.

Payment and billing

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. The Household Continuity Dossier costs £195 with £99/yr renewal. The Estate Standard Seal costs £495 with £199/yr renewal.

Annual renewal fees on The Household Continuity Dossier / Estate Standard Seal are charged on the anniversary of your purchase. You will receive a renewal notice 14 days in advance.

14-day full-refund window on The Household Continuity Dossier and Estate Standard Seal — cancel within 14 days of signup and you receive a full refund of everything you paid. Renewals carry a statutory 14-day cooling-off per UK consumer law (DMCCA Article 14).

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; the cancellation is completed through the secure billing portal, in line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA).

Your data and records

Your records and prepared documents remain yours at all times. If you cancel, your data is exportable for ninety days. After that period, data is deleted.

Your Trusted Persons retains emergency access for twelve months after cancellation under defined conditions. Emergency access is never gated by billing status.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service. Full data-handling detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Valoren is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that documents are legally sufficient for any particular purpose. Where legal sufficiency is required, you should engage a qualified solicitor.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least thirty days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
