The Kit was too small to read

We asked a buyer, a few days after they bought, whether the Kit was what they expected. This is what they wrote back, word for word.

“Actually, it looks very good, but we both found it difficult to read due to very small font size and some is printed white on black.”

We did

The main text is now 12 point. It was under 8 point.

There is a large-print edition too, at 16 point.

Every page you read is now dark print on a light page. Only the cover and the cut-out cards are still dark.

There is more room to write, on ruled lines of an even weight.

Every edition has a copy you can type into on screen, with proper tick boxes.

Every Kit now has a private page of its own, with all four versions, notes pages, and The Handover Guide in standard and large print.

What a buyer told us about the Kit made us look at our other paid documents. They had the same problem, so we fixed them the same way.
