What arrives first.
The Quick Start Card maps the four-series architecture, points to the two records most people complete in their first sitting (R-04 Designated Places and P-05 Civil Dossier), and explains the Trusted Persons Protocol at high level. Read once; refer back as you go.
Each Volume has one job. Together they are the system.
Volume I orients you. Volume II is the records themselves. Volume III is for the person you've named. Volume IV arrives every year as the system maintains itself.
The instruments themselves — every fillable record, ready to print or fill on-screen.
P-Series (15 personal infrastructure records), R-Series (5 registry layer), S-Series (3 secure layer), E-Series (10 event protocols). Each comes with its own Completion Pack — instructions, examples, the why-it-matters context.
Materials for the person you choose — what they'll need, and when they'll need it.
The details live inside, once you're set up. Designed to be given to them, not held by you.
Every year, on your subscription anniversary, your annual set is ready in your portal to print at home.
The Annual Household Snapshot (one-page summary, your Trusted Persons can read at a glance). The Annual Readiness Letter (what changed this year, what needs attention). A refreshed Medical Card. An updated Trusted Persons card.
Archival stock; designed to be filed. A posted version is a planned optional upgrade.
Print it at home. Or hold out for the pack.
Every record is formatted to print beautifully at home on archival stock. A posted pack is a planned optional upgrade: Standard customers will be offered the Valoren Welcome presentation wallet, and Estate Standard Seal customers a cream cloth-bound binder in archival stock, with hairline gold rule on the spine and the heritage seal.
Whether you print at home or take the pack later, the set is the same: the Quick Start Card and any record you complete. These are the papers that live at Location A. The Trusted Person's card is part of that same set — sealed and ready for them, once you're set up.
Three escalation paths. Pick the one that fits.
