Where the law reserves a step — the probate application — a separate regulated firm does it, under its own agreement with you, and estate work starts only once the written quote, from us and the firm, is agreed.

If records are what you need

If that's the route, a Signum Build (£850, one-time) is one guided session where your first record set is built for you, with a Readiness Letter at the end. Other work is priced on its own row, and any regulated firm's fee is set out beside ours in your written quote.
