    "Each council's own after-a-death, bereavement and crematorium pages, its library pages and its accessibility statement were fetched on 31 October 2026 and searched for the words large print, large-print, giant print, accessible format, alternative format, easy read, braille and audio.",
    "Every hit on an after-a-death or crematorium page was read in context by a person and marked relevant or not, with the reason. Pages that refused the script were read in a real browser session; none was left unread.",
    "A page that does not mention large print is not a council that refuses it. The data records what the pages say, not what a council does when asked.",
    "The test (check.mjs) and the 808 addresses it read are published. Run it again and the counts should match; the two full runs on 31 October changed no count."
